Properties of Poli-Tape Poli-Flex Turbo cuttable heat transfer film
- High quality, durable 100% polyurethane transfer film for creative decoration of textiles.
- Cut with cutting plotter, iron with heat press.
- Energy saving solution: can be ironed in 3 seconds at 160°C (standard fabrics) or only at 130°C for 5 seconds (heat sensitive fabrics)!
- Easy to cut and weed, great adhesion.
- Layerable (up to 5 layers).
- It makes a perfectly durable, soft and flexible surface on the textile after ironing.
- Durable, washable at 60°C, dry cleaning, tumble dryer up to 100°C. (Wait 24 hours after heat pressing before washing the fabric. Wash inside out.)
- Compatible textiles: cotton, polyester, mixed, nylon*, temperature sensitive fabrics*, spandex*
- Thickness: 95 micron ± 10%

How to use it?
- Before cutting, reflect the design in a graphic software.
- Cutting with cutting plotter: 45° blade / laser machine
- Before cutting, it is recommended to peel a bit in the corner to see which side is the carrier and which is the foil.
- Ironing in heat press: medium pressure, 160 °C, 3s for standard fabrics (See also downloadable manual below product image)
- Hot peel.
- The ironed foil must always be fixed with baking paper and ironed.
