A-SUB Sublimation Heat Transfer Vinyl is a uniquely designed sublimation iron-on film (HTV). This transparent sublimation vinyl is an excellent alternative if you want to decorate light-colored cotton materials with vibrant, photo-quality graphics using the sublimation process. With the help of the sublimation vinyl film, you can easily print on materials that are not suitable for sublimation on their own, such as cotton, cotton-polyester blends, canvas, etc. The prints have a soft feel, they are durable, have excellent wash resistance and withstand repeated washes and outdoor elements such as sun exposure and rain, without fading, yellowing, cracking, and peeling.

A-SUB vinyl sublimation film for white / light textiles instructions

1. Cutting: Place the film in the cutting plotter with the shiny side down (the matte side should be up)!
2. Reflecting: Cut out the pattern reflected!
3. Removing: Remove excess film!
4. Ironing: Iron the cut vinyl with a heat press onto light or white textiles at approx. 185°C for 15 seconds!
5. Sublimation: Print the graphic onto sublimation transfer paper and iron onto the vinyl at 185°C for 60 seconds!
6. Result: Vivid, durable, smooth surface print.
