Compact 2in1 UV DTF printer:
DTF Station Aries 213

The DTF Station Aries 213 is more than an object printer. Besides CMYK and white, it can also print varnish which produces special surface effects. In addition, it has a built-in laminator, so you practically get two machines for the price of one! Due to its compact size, 30 cm printing width and affordable price, it is an ideal choice for entry-level production, but due to its high quality, it is also suitable for industrial use. The second generation Aries 213 model is an improved version of the Aries 113 model. The most significant change is that it features an industrial-level, high-quality Epson i3200HD print head, which provides exceptional print quality and color accuracy with a resolution of up to 1800dpi.

Aries 213 is a stable entry-level UV DTF printer. However, if you are planning to get into high-volume production, we recommend the Aries 124 model, which is faster and can print rolls up to 60 cm wide.

Easy operation and maintenance

The following built-in intelligent functions reduce the need for human intervention in both production and maintenance. This radically increases productivity and at the same time the expectancy of the machine.

• Media Take-up System: allows hands-free operation
• Semi-Auto Laminator Pressure control: even pressure for bonding A and Bfilms with a single lever
• Vacuum bed for accurate printing
• Passive Auto-Cleaning: when printer is left on, it cleans the printhead every 4 hours.
• Active Auto-Cleaning: printer can stop and clean the printhead during set intervals (even durint printing).
• White Ink Management System (WIMS): circulates the white ink to prevent dryout.
• Head Strike Sensor: prevents damage to printhead.

Built-in color profiles – specially created for DTF Station machines – ensures color accuracy for perfect prints. The program also helps with editing, be it resizing, duplicating or your other image editing needs.

Ahhoz, hogy a stabil nyomtatási minőséget megtartsd, az első legfontosabb szabály, hogy a helyiségben mindig 45-60%-os relatív páratartalom és 15–25 °C közötti hőmérséklet legyen.
