DTF Station Black DTF adhesive powder - 1kg

A special adhesive powder that melts under heat and forms an adhesive bridge between the print and the textile.

The adhesive powder is applied to the DTF print after printing. This can be done manually or by an automatic heat treatment machine, which applies and melts it, the print coming out of the machine is tactile and ready for further use.

The glue powder is free of lumps and is a premium quality product. 

Why do you need black DTF adhesive powder for sportswear??

When ironing DTF PET film on textiles printed by sublimation technique – such as sportswear – due to the extreme heat, the sublimation ink reacts with the DTF print in the heat press and it appears on its surface. (This process is called dye-migration.) For example when ironing white graphic on red sportswear, the white might end up slightly pink. Black DTF adhesive powder is specially designed to prevent this. Therefore black DTF adhesive powder is the ideal solution for decorating colorful synthetic fibers.
