Easy maintenance

DTF Station Prestige XL3 60cm roll-to-roll DTF printer prevents white clogging with its WIMS system (White Ink Management System). It is a timed white ink stirring system which circulates and maintains the white ink inside the printer.
Powder/heat treatment unit
An essential accessory of the DTF Station Prestige XL3 set is the professional powdering and heat treatment unit. You could choose from 2 options:
• The affordable, low-consumption and compact Miro 24 with built-in extractor
• Seismo L24R with industrial load capacity + external extractor
Both powdering-heat treatment units are a suitable for the XL3 printer and provide a fully automatic system.
Complete system: professional supplies included!
DTF Station machines provide perfect prints, but this requires supplies developed by the manufacturer especially for the machine. The set contains a starting pack of DTF ink (specially calibrated for the machines), DTF powder and DTF PET film.
The combined use of factory-calibrated and tested supplies ensures smooth production and minimizes maintenance time. Of course, the warranty is only valid if you use the original supplies.
DTF Station's DTF ink is certified with the Oeko-Tex Eco Passport.
neoStampa printing software
The price includes the neoStampa printer software, which includes DTF Station printers' color profiles and drivers. It is worth €980.
Built-in color profiles – specially created for DTF Station machines – ensures color accuracy for perfect prints. The program also helps with editing, be it resizing, duplicating or your other image editing needs.

Regardless of the brand and printer type, it is a fact that DTF technology requires attention and appropriate environmental conditions. In order to maintain stable print quality, the first and most important rule is to maintain a relative humidity of 45-60% and a temperature of 15-25 °C in the room. Many people consider DTF printing to be a home job, but even in this case, these industrial environmental conditions must be kept, for which home desktop humidifiers and diffusers are unsuitable.
