FOREVER DTF Glitter Film

Expand your DTF repertoire with exclusive, “premium glitter” prints with minimal investment and workflow change! With FOREVER DTF Glitter film you can produce sparkly printed t-shirts just as easy as traditional DTF printing, without any extra steps. You will get eye-catching, vibrant, unique prints that are more durable and better quality than cheaper alternatives.

Available: in 30 cm and 60 cm wide rolls. Roll width: 100 m.

Compatible with: Cotton, polyester, mixed fabrics, leather, silk

How to use?

1. Prepare graphic for DTF printing. Use bold colors and high-contrast elements. Glitter enhances vibrancy, but very fine lines or subtle gradients may not be as noticeable.
2. Print graphic with DTF printer on the glitter side of the film. Keep your white underbase turned on.
3. Powdering and heat treatment just like in traditional DTF printing
4. Cut film and place it on t-shirt! (No need for contour cutting, just like in traditional DTF printing, only the printed image gets transferred.)
5. Fix it in a heat press with medium pressure! (Recommended heat-timer setting for cotton: 150°C, 10-15 s; polyester: 135°C, 10 s.)
6. Allow it to cool slightly before peeling.
7. Always perform a second press after peeling to lock in the glitter and enhance wash durability.

Washing, ironing

• Wash up to 40°C, inside out.
• Avoid fabric softeners and liquid detergents.
• Do not tumble dry.
• When ironing, cover the print with baking paper or iron inside out.
• The glitter effect often becomes even more vivid after the first wash — a great point to highlight when selling finished garments.
