GCC RXII models
Premium, industrial, heavy duty, reliable fast and powerful cutting machines. The RX models also feature the AAS II Contour Cutting System, which allows you to easily cut contours of the printed materials any time. The machines are available in 4 sizes: 61, 101, 132, 183. Cutting speed could be 153cm/sec thanks to the DC servo drive. Cutting pressure is up to 600g.
GreatCut4 cutting software and plugin for CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator is included. The more knowledge, and experience we have with these design softwares, the more advantage we could use in the workflow.

The touch panel interface and LCD display make the plotter easy to operate.

The roller compression force can be adjusted to provide the optimum setting for all media.
Enchanced AAS II (Automatic Align System) contour cutting
Printed media can easily be cut using the AAS system. The plotter is capable of compensating for position or size distortions and thread angles based on positioning signals. This way you always cut where you need it, following the most complex contours.
The RXII distributes long media data to intermittent output jobs to achieve higher cutting quality and increased accuracy.
Barcode reading function
The newest models of the RXII cutting plotter come equipped with a built-in barcode reading function, which enables the seamless handling of multiple cutting files. By utilizing barcodes, the RXII automatically identifies and retrieves the specific file for cutting, creating a hands-free workflow that significantly boosts productivity and precision. Just open designs in CorelDRAW or import files to GCC SmartCut, associate the designs with barcodes and send the files to the RXII cutting plotter for automated barcode-based cutting. The RXII cutting plotter will take care of the rest.
Automatic media clipping
Thanks to the features, the plotter handles each workflow separately and cuts it off when finished.
