How does it work?
1. Choose it!
First pick the item you want to customize. In our offer you will find various metal and plastic key chains and pins of different sizes and shapes.
2. Customize the machine!
You can make these products with ID Gamax keyring maker which is a versatile 2in1 cutter and press with interchangable paper cutting and pressing tools that you can buy separately according to your production needs. For this particular product you will need the following paper cutting tool: ID Gamax punch cutter 25mm round MC-25R.
3. Print it!
Create your designs with the help of the template you can download bellow the product picture, then them on basic office paper or lightweight paper (80-120g) with a regular inkjet printer.
4. Cut it!
Press slightly the top of your chosen cutting die and slide it under the upper part of the ID Gamax C-50 machine until it fits into the semicircular groove on the top of the punch cutter. Position your design (1 sheet of paper at a time) in the cutting tool and cut it by pushing the lever. Repeat until all the images are cut.
5. Assemble it!
Acrylic and silicone products can be assembled manually, simply by placing the printed and cut paper in the base of the raw material then pressing its magnifying glass part on top of it.
