Properties of Poli-Tape Poli-Flex Turbo Reflex Silver reflective cuttable heat transfer film

High quality, durable, silver-colored 100% polyurethane transfer film with retro-reflective properties for the production of high-visibility clothing and workwear and textile decoration.
The photometric values (min. retro-reflection values) conform to EN ISO 20471:2013.
Cut with cutting plotter, iron with heat press.
Easy to cut and weed, great adhesion.
Durable, washable at 60°C. Suitable for commercial tumble dryer. (Wash textile inside out.)
Compatible textiles: cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic, uncoated nylon*
Thickness: 0,15 mm ± 10%

OEKO-TEX standard compliant, vegan product.

*For application to nylon that is treated with any kind of coating, please test for suitability.

How to use it?

Before cutting, reflect the design in a graphic software.
Cutting with cutting plotter: 45° blade
Before cutting, it is recommended to peel a bit in the corner to see which side is the carrier and which is the foil.
Ironing in heat press: medium pressure, polyester: 130 °C, 5s / cotton: 160 °C, 5s
The polyester liner should be removed warm.
The ironed foil must always be fixed with baking paper and ironed.
