SD FLOCK cuttable transfer film

SD Flock is a transfer film material with a velvety feel that can be cut with a cutting plotter and heat pressed. It can be used for decorating and lettering on T-shirts, jerseys and other textile materials. After ironing, flock film forms a soft velvety surface.

How to use SD FLOCK cuttable transfer film?

Recommended knife for cutting: 60 degrees
Reflect graphic before cutting
Before cutting, it is recommended to peel a bit in the corner to see which side is the carrier and which is the foil.
The cutting force should be adjusted so that the flock material is cut completely but not through the substrate!
Heat press at 160-165 °C for 15-17 seconds and remove cold!
The ironed foil must always be fixed with baking paper and ironed.
