Why do you need SUBLIBLOCK vinyl for sportswear?

When ironing flex foil on textiles printed by sublimation technique – such as sportswear – due to the extreme heat, the sublimation ink reacts with the flex foil in the heat press and it appears on its surface. (This process is called dye-migration.) For example when ironing white flex foil on red sportswear, the white might end up slightly pink. Subliblock is specially designed to prevent this. Therefore Subliblock is the ideal solution for decorating colorful synthetic fibers.

Production recommendations:

Printing: with solvent, eco-solvent, mild-solvent printer, eg. solvent printers of Mimaki, Mutoh, Roland or Epson.
Ironing: in heat press at 140 °C–150 °C, 8–12 min. Hot-warm peel.
Cutting: you could cut the printed graphic if needed either with scissors or cutting plotter. (You could use settings for regular vinyl, but test cutting is recommended.)
Washing: inside-out, max. 40 °C in washing machine.
