Details
The SD PU printable cut-and-iron vinyl is a polyurethane transfer film material, an ideal solution for decorating t-shirts, jerseys and other textiles. It can be printed by solvent, eco-solvent or mid-solvent printers, cut by a cutting plotter and ironed on by a heat press. After ironing, it forms a perfectly durable, flexible surface on the textile.
SD PU Subliblock print and cut film properties:
- Printable, cuttable-ironable vinyl for colorful/black textiles printed by sublimation technique.
- Quality and feel similar to regular PU.
- Thickness: 80 micron.
- Compatible textiles: 100% cotton, polyester, cotton-polyesther, blend
- Packaging: 1 pcs = 1 m (roll width: 50 cm)
- Roll length: 25 m
Production recommendations:
- Printing: with solvent, eco-solvent, mild-solvent printer, eg. solvent printers of Mimaki, Mutoh, Roland or Epson.
- Ironing: in heat press at 140 °C–150 °C, 8–12 min. Hot-warm peel.
- Cutting: you could cut the printed graphic if needed either with scissors or cutting plotter. (You could use settings for regular vinyl, but test cutting is recommended.)
- Washing: inside-out, max. 40 °C in washing machine.

The Service Provider is not liable for damage to other materials used by the Customer during the use of the product (e.g. textile products, clothing, work equipment, working time or lost profits), or for indirect, consequential damage resulting from these. The Customer is advised to make a proof product first in all cases.
