SD PVC Flex is a durable polyurethane transfer film material that can be cut with a cutting plotter and thermoformed.
PVC film is our most economical cut film. For quality work, we recommend SD PU film, which is perfect for smaller designs/lettering due to the stronger adhesion of the applicator film.

Thicker than PU film, therefore its adhesion is poor, so it is not suitable for small samples/inscriptions!

What could SD PVC Flex be used for?

decoration of cotton or polyester textiles, bags, hats, etc.

Since it's thicker than PU films, its adhesion is poor, therefore it is not suitable for smaller designs!

How to use SD PVC FLEX cuttable transfer film?

Reflect graphic before cutting
Before cutting, it is recommended to peel a bit in the corner to see which side is the carrier and which is the foil.
Adjust the cutting force so that the flex material is cut completely, but not through the substrate!
Heat press at 150-160°C for 8-10 seconds and remove cold!
The ironed foil must always be fixed with baking paper and ironed.
