How to use it?

Making badges and badges is a simple operation. The badge material consists of 4 separate parts (foil, print, front, back), which are inserted into the machine, then just two presses and the badge is ready. The operation is quick and simple, and with the automatic badge machine it is almost impossible to go wrong. In continuous use, it is possible to produce about 500 pieces per hour. The biggest advantage of the pneumatic badge maker is the consistent pressure, which not only makes the job easier, but also radically reduces rejects to zero (if there are no factory defective badges).

It is recommended to use paper of about 80-120 g printed with inkjet printing in the badge machine!
Our experience has shown that there can be problems with offset and laser-printed paper when pressing!
