Recommended printing technology: Sublimation transfer printing
The product include a printable metal sheet. The surface of this metal sheet coated and printable in heat press machine. After the printing process the metal sheet can be stickable easily on the CD case.
Better if you will use a liquid glue instead of the attached two side self-adhesive tape piece. A superglue or insulation glue will make better bond.
Don't forget to pull down the plastic transparent protecting film from the front of sublimation metal sheet!
Transfer time and temperature: 180C° - 60seconds

A little inspiration for sublimation CD case making

Everyone loves music! Tastes may vary, but most people have a favourite genre of music, artist or performer. Due to its specific shape the sublimation CD case itself is not printable with a standard heat press; therefore it comes with a separate metal label that has a special varnish coating that allows sublimation printing. The sublimation transfer printing process of this metal label takes about 60 seconds at 190 °C with a standard flat heat press machine. The metal label is then simply glued onto the sublimation CD case, turning it into a long-lasting, durable and unique gift.
