Why need special coating for cotton sublimation printing?

The 100% cotton textile material is not printable with sublimation printing technology. The sublimaiton inks create checmical bond with systhetic textiles only for example on polyester material. Not work with natural fibers. If you printing the sublimation ink on cotton material then it will wash out quickly.
This special sublimation lacquer designed to enable sublimaiton printing on 100% cotton textiles.

Easy to use and environment friendly product

The base or our sublimation lacquer is nature water, H2O. The material doesn't include harmful solvent and bad odors. The precoat mixture is ready to use not need to diluting. The cleaning flush is clean water, not need any dilution solution for clean the precoat lacquer from spray gun. 

What products can be applied with this sublimation pre-coating lacquer?

This type designed for 100% cotton only. Not good for hard surfaces (please see another type in our catalog). The coated surface will compatible for sublimation transfer printing. You can apply this primer on other natural fibers as silk and linen too but a test is recommended.

Coating procedure

You can apply the sublimation coating primer with air-compressor and spray gun or a simple painting roller. Of corse the coverage will be better with spray gun.
With compressed air and spray gun: 25 - 30m2
With painting roller: 15-20m2
