Printing instructions for ceramic tile:

Recommended printing technology: Sublimation heat transfer printing
Transfer time and temperature: 200 °C – 220 seconds
If you printing the tile in flat heat press machine and the printing result was not perfect (stained, not even transfered image) then please use the silicone sheet for make more even pressure, the result will perfect! But please note, if you will use the silicone sheet then you must increase the transfer time from 220s to 320-340s!

A little inspiration for sublimation tile (20 x 25 cm, white) making

Are your clients renovating their kitchen or bathroom? You can offer them custom-made tiles printed with the image they chose! If you have some sublimation white tiles on stock, you will only need a sample image from the client and the required amount of printed tiles; with sublimation printing technology the quality and durability of the final product will be high enough even for using in the kitchen or bathroom. For printing white sublimation tiles you only need a simple flat heat press machine, and you can even print photo quality images onto them with an Epson inkjet printer.
