• The back and frontside has 1-1 metal sheet. These sheets are printable with sublimation transfer technology.

Recommended printing technology: Sublimation transfer printing
Transfer time and temperature: 185C° - 45seconds (compressive strength: weak/medium)
The sublimation cigarette case has a separated metal sheet. This sheet has sublimation coating.
After transfer printing the printed sheet can be stickable on the cigarette case. The result will a durable sublimation gift but we are recommend to use a super glue or any other special liquid glue instead of the free self-adhesive two side tape piece.

The sublimation transfer printing process of a cigarette case takes 60 seconds at 190 °C. For perfect quality it is important to peel off the foil from the surface of the item before pressing, then insert the printed paper into the heat press (with the printed side facing down) and finally place the sublimation metal cover onto the print. Tip: if you would like to avoid the heating panel getting coloured with sublimation ink, place a plain paper sheet onto the surface of it.
