Printing instructions for keychain product:

Recommended printing technology: Sublimation transfer printing
Don't forget to pull down the plastic transparent protecting film from the front of round sublimation metal sheet!
After the transfer printing you can stick the printed metal sheet on the keychain
You can find a two side self-adhesive tape piece in the product but from our experience better if you will use a glue
Transfer time and temperature: 180 °C - 60seconds

This sublimation keychain is not printable all over its entire surface; the pack contains a separate round-shaped metal label that can be glued onto the keychain after the sublimation printing process. The sublimation transfer printing process of a keychain takes 50 seconds at 190 °C with a flat heat press machine. Before pressing the object remember to peel off the protective foil from the surface of the printable metal label, and then proceed with inserting the printed paper and the round metal label into the heat press machine - that's it, the personalized sublimation keychain is ready to use!
