Galaxy Phoenix Air DTF pet foil heat treatment machine is the the first DTF PET film heat treatment machine on the market to provide you consistent heat distribution.

Why does it matter?
The last, but extremely important step of DTF printing is heat treatment. The most crucial point of this step is consistent heat distribution, so that the adhesive powder applied to the DTF PET film would evenly properly melt on the whole surface of your print. Other machines usually don't heat up evenly, they randomly give off high impulses of heat instead, causing the PET film to get heat shock. Galaxy Phoenix Air DTF heat treatment machine was designed to always provide consistent heat distribution, guaranteeing you perfect prints! 

No more harmful steam thanks to the built-in air filter

Why does it matter?
Steam released during the heat-treatment process of DTF adhesive powder is extremely harmful for your health in the long run. Galaxy Phoenix Air's built-in air filter absorbs this harmful steam preventing it to escape from the inside of the machine. Thanks to its easy-to-change active carbon filter*, it releases a purified air to your work environment.

*The active carbon filter needs to be changed every 3-6 months, depending on the frequency of use. It works in an easy, plug and play way: just remove the 4 screws then adjust them again after changing the filter.
 

Desktop solution: saves space and money

Galaxy Phoenix Air's uniquely compact, minimalistic design makes it a practical, desktop solution for DTF heat treatment. With its 19 kg weight and 790 × 590 mm size, it doesn't take up much space and is easy to move. Even more importantly, it only requires 1000 W power and only but a few minutes to heat up, thus saving you money.

How to use?

• You could place DTF PET films up to 40 × 50 cm in Galaxy Phoenix Air heat treatment machine. It is also suitable for A4, A3 sheets or even ~30 cm DTF PET film rolls cropped when you only need smaller quantity.
• Recommended DTF film/print size for full-bleed prints: 38 × 48 cm.
• Opening, closing and placing films in the machine is done manually.
• Once opened, gas springs prevent accidental closing. 
• Wearing protective heat-resistant gloves while moving DTF pet films in and out is obligatory. They are included with the machine for free.
• Recommended heat-timer setting: 130 °C – 60 s
