Cuttable heat transfer films
Stunning colors and unique surfaces with industrial durability
The decades-long tradition of flex foils has not worn out, as to this day no other printing technology can replace this technique for small series textile printing and textile labeling. These films are also called CAD-CUT and videoflex films. “Cuttable heat transfer” refers to the method of production: these two work processes (cutting and transferring) apply the colored foil to the T-Shirt or other textile surface.
Hundreds of colors and unique surfaces without printing
With their colored surface, flex foils are suitable for creating texts, logos and other designs without printing. The material consists of two layers. The transparent carrier film and the colored polyurethane film that can be ironed. You will need a cutting plotter and a heat press for this operation. You can cut out the graphic design with the cutting plotter, after that you have to remove the unwanted excess foil from the carrier, and then you can iron the graphic onto the T-Shirt with a heat press.
Available colors and surfacces with flex foils
One of the advantages of flex films over other textile decoration processes is that unique colors (such as neon colors which can't be printed) and special surfaces (gold, silver, hologram, 3D, flock, puff, etc.) are available in addition to the basic colors.
