The Promaflex 3D is a durable flex transfer film material that can be cut out with a cutting plotter and then heat-pressed to label and decorate t-shirts and other textils. It provides a new popular and fashionable solution that stands out from the surface of the fabric, giving emphasis to the graphics and attracting the gaze. After the transfer ironing, the ironed 3D flex film material is perfectly durable and washable!

What kind of machines are needed for cutting and ironing 3D flex transfer film? 

Cutting plotter
We recommend GCC cutting plotters.

Flat heat press (ironing press)
You can also find a heat press in our range. Any 38x38 or 40x50cm heat press is suitable for this purpose.  The use of a home iron is not recommended because consistent pressure and heat cannot be provided, therefore, the durability of the 3D flex foil cannot be guaranteed.

-  Mirroring the shape / characters before cutting
- It is recommended to peel a bit in the corner to see which side is the carrier and which is the foil.
- Iron at 150 degrees for 25 seconds at medium pressure in a heat press.
- Cold peel
- The ironed foil must always be fixed with baking paper and ironed.
