Badge press usage
The blank badge material including three parts (front metal, back metal and transparent PVC sheet). The operator will put these parts in the machine plus the printed and cutted circle paper. After the badge making operation is very easy, press-down the moulds two times. The handy press also will be usable by womens. Capacity: About 200 - 300pcs/hour
If you would like to producing in bigger quantitiy then the automatic and pneumatic badge press will the best solution. Not only faster but the pneumatic technic can ensure consistent pressure always. Thanks to even pressure, you can decrease the waste making radically or to zero.

We are recommending to use inkjet printer for printing the graphic. Usually the laser printed or offset printed papers will cause problems. These papers can slip a little bit in the badge mould. This is our costumer's experiences. The best is the inkjet printer and min. 80gr and maximal 120gr papers.
