What machines and tools are required for the production of unique badges and refrigerator magnets?
Badge making machine: Our manual or semi-automatic badge press machines press at a similar speed, the production speed only increases to a negligible extent with the automatic machine. The difference is in the usability of the station wagon. The manual machine requires human power, and there is the possibility of scrap. By using the automatic pin press, production is easier and scrap production is minimal due to the consistent air pressure.
Badge press tool: The press tool can be purchased separately for the machine. This compresses the badge parts into one product. A tool of a specific size can only handle a specific badge size, but several badge press tools can be purchased for one machine, so it is not necessary to buy a machine for each size. The tools can be changed in seconds.
Paper cutter: There are several solutions for cutting out printed badge graphics. An almost impossible mission with scissors, perhaps a hobby stunt for some orders of 10 pieces. A paper cutter with a lever or a punching machine, which can be ordered in the webshop, is a faster solution.
