Why is SD SUBLIBLOCK Flex cuttable transfer film ideal for colorful sportswear?

With coloured synthetic sportswear products, iron-on film could cause problems as the base colour of the T-shirt reacts with the film in the heat press and appears on top of it. This process is called dye-migration. For example, ironing a white flex film onto a red jersey may result in the lettering not being white, but a slight pink or red tint. This occurs with all synthetic fibre garments that have been printed using factory sublimation technology.  The composition of the Subliblock material prevents re-sublimation of the sublimation dye and covers the colours. Subliblock is therefore an ideal material for decorating and labelling coloured man-made fibres.

• Reflect the pattern in the graphics software before cutting.
• Before cutting, it is recommended to peel a bit in the corner to see which side is the carrier and which is the foil.
• Iron in a heat press at 150-160 °C for 10-12 seconds and remove while it's still hot.
• The ironed foil must always be fixed with baking paper and ironed.
