How is SEF FlexCut Nylon cuttable heat transfer film different?

Heat-transferring films on nylon and similar water-repellent fabrics often results in an adhesion issue. This is not because of the nylon fiber itself but because of its water-repellent coating which not only repels water but also the hot melt adhesives used in standard PU films. FlexCut Nylon contains a specifically designed low temperature hot melt adhesive which is the perfect solution to nylon adhesion problems.

Hint: An easy test with a drop of water on the fabric will tell you if you should use FlexCut Nylon instead of regular PU.

How to use it?

Before cutting, reflect the design in a graphic software.
Cutting with cutting plotter: 45° blade
Before cutting, it is recommended to peel a bit in the corner to see which side is the carrier and which is the foil.
Ironing in heat press: 115 °C, 15 s at a medium or high pressure.
Cold peel.
The ironed foil must always be fixed with baking paper and ironed.
