DTF Station Aries 124
DTF Station Aries 124 is an UV DTF printer specially designed for industrial use. Thanks to its 60 cm printable width and incredible speed, it is an excellent choice for high-volume production. High print quality is guaranteed by 4 industrial print heads. Besides the basic CMYK colors and white, it can print 4 additional colors and varnish/transparent paint. In addition, it has a built-in laminator, so you practically get two machines for the price of one! The improved Aries 124 model has a built-in air filtration system to ensure good air quality in the working environment. Settings can easily navigate settings on an intuitive touchscreen control panel. It also enables you to monitor printer statuses such as ink levels real time and its intelligent built-in environment monitoring giving you insight to temperature and humidity which is crucial for DTF printers.
Aries 124 is an excellent choice if you are thinking about high-volume production. However, if you just want to try this new technology, we recommend the entry-level Aries 213 model, suitable for printing up to 30 cm wide rolls.

Productivity is one of the outstanding features of the DTF Station Aries 124 UV DTF printer. Compared to the Aries 213 model, it can print rolls twice as large, up to 60 cm wide. Thanks to the double width and 4 industrial-quality Epson i1600 print heads, it can print in 8 passes a lot faster than its 30 cm version: at a record speed of 5.5 m2/hour! In higher-quality, 12-pass printing, it can print at of 2.2 m2/hour, and in the case of mass production, it can print up to 1590 pieces of 10x10 cm logos per hour.

Create without limits!
With Aries 124 – which has four Epson i1600 print heads – the range of creative possibilities is almost inexhaustible. Its ink system has an outstanding color range, enabling printing with a total of ten types of ink.
• Perfect colors: In addition to the four basic colors (CMYK), the printer mixes the color gradient from four additional colors – light cyan, light magenta and two types of light black. It makes the color gradient smoother, producing the best photo quality.
• Even on colored surfaces: White ink expands the range of printable materials. With printing white as a base color, you can print perfect, vivid colours even on the surface of a coloured object.
• Countless creative possibilities: You can enhance certain parts of the graphic – ie. logos, etc. – or even the whole printed design creating glossy effect with varnish. You can use white or varnish even individually printed on the object.

The following built-in intelligent functions reduce the need for human intervention in both production and maintenance. This radically increases productivity and at the same time the expectancy of the machine.
• Pneumatic release film feeding system* and Media Take-up System: allows hands-free operation.

Regardless of the brand and printer type, it is a fact that DTF technology requires attention and appropriate environmental conditions. In order to maintain stable print quality, the first and most important rule is to maintain a relative humidity of 45-60% and a temperature of 15-25 °C in the room. Many people consider DTF printing to be a home job, but even in this case, these industrial environmental conditions must be kept, for which home desktop humidifiers and diffusers are unsuitable. A great help in that could be Signdepot's industrial, but affordable, mobile humidifier accompanied with our digital indoor hygro-and thermometer.
