Among the main advantage of the flock transfer technique is the brightness of the colours. The flock colours are vivid and additional advantage that add a real velvet or plush look for the printed design. The colors are durable you can wash the flock printed t-shirt in washing machine without any risk for colours to fade. Up to 80C°! (Only with PROMAFLOCK). The flock transfer can be used on numerous textile types: cotton, polyester, acrylic, nylon and many other fibres may be flocked

Flock is mainly used in sport and fashion sectors if need a special velvet texture instead of the traditional heat transfer films, for example flex film. Our flock brand will be good if you would like to change from Upperflock, Poli-flock or other flock transfer foil brand.

Cutting
The flock film cuttable with vinyl cutting plotter. If your vinyl cutter has flock cutting blade then use that instead of the normal blades. The best cutting pressure adjustment if the the blade cut the whole flock material without cut the liner. The best cutting offset value is 0.25 at most cutting plotters. Use 60°knife!

Before cutting, it is recommended to peel a bit in the corner to see which side is the carrier and which is the foil.
The ironed foil must always be fixed with baking paper and ironed.
